An enterpreneur, mentor, and culture transformation expert with an extensive expertise in Organizational and Operational Excellence, Quality Management, and Integrated Management Systems. Nancy has a passion for the implementation of Excellence Models and Principles. Her work with organizations facilitates a robust continuous improvement process and outstanding achievements.

Holder of two Masters’ degrees in Total Quality Management, and in Agronomic Sciences & Bioengineering from Belgium, Nancy has several publications related to Quality and Excellence.

Nancy is a Shingo Alumni and a Chartered Business Excellence Expert. On a voluntary basis, she is a Board Member of ASQ, an Associate Member of the International Academy for Quality (IAQ), and a Board Member at the ISCM Foundation.

Dawn Ringrose MBA, FCMC is Principal of Organizational Excellence Specialists and author of the Organizational Excellence Framework publication and accompanying toolkit. Since 1984, she has consulted to management in areas that positively contribute to organizational performance.

Now in the later stage of her career, she has shifted her focus to developing other professionals through licensing, researching and publishing. Key activities have included: building a global community of professionals, conducting the inaugural global research study that has captured the current state of excellence, speaking at international conferences, publishing in international journals (chapter on organizational excellence for the Global Encyclopedia of Public Administration, Public Policy and Governance at Springer), serving as an Executive Member with global bodies (OETC QMD ASQ, Global Benchmarking Network, ISCM Foundation).

Dr. Sid Ahmed Benraouane

Dr. Sid Ahmed Benraouane is a globally recognized expert in digital transformation, innovation management, and technology policy. With over two decades of experience, he has played a pivotal role in shaping international standards for innovation and AI.

He leads the United States ISO Working Group on the Innovation Management System Standard and serves on the ISO/SC 42 Joint Committee, focusing on AI trustworthiness. Dr. Benraouane advises government leaders across the MENA region on innovation strategies and digital transformation and is a sought-after speaker at prestigious global forums such as the World Government Summit.

He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, is a Certified Chief Innovation Officer, and serves as a Board Member of the Global Innovation Management Institute.
