Dr. Robert Joslin, PhD, CEng, IPMO-E, is a globally recognized expert in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), PMO leadership, and business transformation, with over 35 years of experience across diverse industries. He is the founder of the Association of International Project Management Officers (AIPMO), where he leads the development of international PMO standards and strategic frameworks.

A former professor at SBS Swiss Business School and current faculty member at Alma Mater Europaea ECM and Aarhus University, Dr. Joslin is a prolific author, speaker, and peer reviewer in the field of project management.
